Cortos en grande, short movie festival

Cortos en Grande is a short film festival organized by the VIART Foundation and Balmaceda Arte Joven, which brings together young audiovisual talents from Chile and abroad, showcasing their productions in fiction, documentary, and animation genres.

The fourth edition of the festival was made possible through the development of a graphic campaign that aimed to captivate the digital audience. With the majority of the festival’s promotion being carried out through digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and the festival’s website, it was crucial to create a design that would stand out and make an impact in the digital ecosystem.

To achieve this, a simple design with clean lines and a bold and contrasting color palette was chosen. The design aimed to appeal to the target audience of young people who are attracted to visual content on social media platforms. The design elements and color schemes were carefully selected to create a visual identity that conveys a sense of dynamism, creativity, and innovation.

The campaign’s success was reflected in the festival’s attendance, which exceeded previous years’ attendance, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. The festival’s digital reach also increased, with a significant engagement rate on social media platforms, especially among younger audiences.
